The rooms were air conditioned with outside private bathroom and a lovely balcony and the most comfortable beds, no complains at all. Location: the hotel was close enough to restaurants, bars and shops as well as Hoan Kiem Lake and also Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum Complex...

The hotel was situated in the bustling heart of the Old Town, close to restaurants, shops, and the famous Hanoi night market. the room was well-equipped and reasonably clean. the breakfast offered a decent selection of items, which was convenient considering the hotel's location.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing, which meant that outside noise from the street could be heard in the room, making it difficult to have a good night's sleep.

Recently stayed at Elpis for work purposes and it was absolutely amazing. Located in a great area within the old district, making it easy to explore on foot. The property was clean and the staff went above and beyond for every guest. Definitely the best hotel experience I've had. Highly recommend.

The staff here go above and beyond to make your stay memorable. From the moment you step inside, they greet you by name and make you feel like a valued guest. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and come with a lovely balcony where you can enjoy some fresh air and take in the views of the city. The location is perfect - right in the heart of the old town, surrounded by charming restaurants and within walking distance of the lake.
